Casa Bianca Adults Only "By Checkin" Hotel Koutouloufari , Koutouloufari (Crete)

I had a great experience at the hotel. The rooms were cleaned to perfection every day, and we were moved to a better room with fantastic balcony views. The staff, from Manos and Maria to Kostas, Vangelis, and Yiannis, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location in Koutouloufari is stunning, with easy access to bars and restaurants. The dining experience with packed breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service.

The hotel is in a charming location, just a short stroll from the bustling bars and restaurants of Koutouloufari but away from the seaside noise. The rooms, although on the smaller side, are wonderfully modern, clean, and a real pleasure to stay in. The service here is top-notch, with genuinely welcoming and efficient staff making my stay unforgettable. The dining options are diverse and satisfying, particularly the BBQ night which was a great way to connect with fellow guests. However, the lack of free coffee in the rooms is a minor drawback. The facilities are well-maintained but could benefit from more storage space like drawers and additional hangers.

The hotel rooms are amazingly beautiful and clean, equipped with separate bedroom, lounge area with sofa, fridge, coffee maker, large TV, and a nice-sized shower room. The comfortable sun beds add to the relaxing experience. The service provided by the team of excellent managers and staff, including owner Dimitris and the always lovely Kostas who makes fantastic Feta and cinnamon pies, is top-notch. The location couldn't be better, situated in one of the most beautiful villages in Crete, surrounded by lovely restaurants, bars, and shops. The dining experience offers basic but satisfying meals in the morning, with the option for packed breakfast on excursions. The overall facilities are convenient and well-maintained, making it a great value for money.
